Our compact and table top model Semi-Automatic Tube Sealing Machines are perfect to code, seal and trim plastic & laminated filled tubes in small quantities. These machines are sturdy in construction and offers high efficiency for sealing stamp batch codes and trimming around 6000 filled tubes in 8 hour shift. For medium production on daily basis in the cosmetic industry, this model can be used. These machines are also useful for lab and R&D purposes because it occupies small area of floor or table space (2 sq. ft.). Apart from the pneumatic operations, individual selection of electrical selector switches and push buttons.

• Any tube diameter from 19mm to 38mm can be sealed and trimmed in this model
• All types of tubes can be sealed including plastic or laminated tubes
• Easy adjustment of height according to different tube heights by rotation hand wheels
• Any tube heights from 100 mm to 250mm can be sealed and trimmed
